None existing customer service
Absolute non existing customer service. Emails and compaints on socials is not even getting a response. Two wires too short is the only thing wrong with my otherwise brilliant light kit on my lego delorean. Either gamble and buy a kit that may be spot on or go and research other light kits and buy one of those. In my opinion this is the best kit for the lego delorean. Its let down by a crap customer service. Even an email to the UK copyright department got a stern reply not to contact them as they were only looking after copyright and nothing to do with the actual Kyglaring company. Edit... Ok 6 weeks after my inital review they got in touch and sent a replacement part. I'll still leave the original score up because you want your problem sorting out immediately not 2 months down the line. I have also ordered more light bricks from them since which have fitted no problem so its your call if you buy from them
