no tech support SCAM
no tech support. you can open a ticket that gets ignored for 3 days. can't speak to anyone. the one time they called me back it was 11pm because they operate on HK time. now it's like Hotel California, they won't let me close the account. They're saying there's still 'furnace' resources even though i deleted everything. search on all of alibaba's support documents, knowledge base, on google, there is no reference to 'furnace'. update: 10 days now, they have me jumping through hoops and screenshotting all THEIR site's errors and they 'escalate'. They REFUSE to delete my account no matter what i do
