Not bad. I like the quick response of the customer service. A certain person from the team called Ankitha was nice enough to introduce the tool to me with a detailed walkthrough. PROS: - 1) It has most of the important features under one platform. 2) Good customer service. 3) Accurate data. CONS: - 1) The UI looks like a cockpit and can be slightly intimidating for a newbie seller. 2) Since it’s main aim is to be an all-in-one tool for FBA sellers, it should add tools like feedback generator, amazon income management, tax management, etc.
