No warning of order cancelled, unhelpful staff.
Terrible experience trying to support an independent British company instead of using Amazon. My order didn't arrived. When I phoned to find out why, the staff member was not bothered about helping. Eventually found my order and said since I'd made an error with the postage the order had been cancelled automatically - no email/call to explain this (so I could fix it or buy something else) and they'd still taken payment. When I asked to talk to a manager or finance dept about it they wouldn't let me talk to anyone who could help. The error I had made in postage was that I had opted for 'mainland UK' in the postage because I live in Inverness which IS on the mainland. It hadn't occurred to me to me to read all the other options where later it said 'Highlands and Islands' is excluded from what they count as the Mainland.
