Absolutely Scam - Avoid at all costs
Absolutely Scam. I ordered a smartphone on 5 December. After 24hrs later, they sent me an email asking me to take a photo of my credit card and send to them?!? I sent them my card photo. After that moment, I did not hear any word from. It has been three days since they charged my card, they did not even process my order let alone shipping it. Their website says "our respond time is 24hrs". That is an absolute BS because they did not contact me 72hrs. I sent four emails. Their online chat is a scam, too. You can log in to chat but there is no response. I ordered 3 products and lost my money > $1000 Big disappointment. Stay away from these scammers.
