Excellent customer service
I’ve used JetPac in a number of different countries and even though I’ve had problems setting the esims up (entirely my fault) the help via WhatsApp has been excellent. Even when my friend, android, bought a number of eSIMs for a forthcoming trip and then found out her phone doesn’t support eSIMs, JetPac were excellent and cancelled and refunded I full. I believe there are sometime cheaper I am so happy knowing that JetPac will help me if needed and that is worth more to me than perhaps saving a very small amount.
