I have bought 4 pairs of these shoes and whilst I am pleased with the wide toe box and comfort I am extremely disappointed with customer service. I have worn a pair of their walking boots 3 times and the lace clip has broken. I have been informed by them that they will not replace or refund. Very unsatisfactory.
