No refund I got from jollychic
My order number order NO. JA17112700132702136460 First I order goods they kept it for preparing process for more than 15 days( ordered for express delivery!) so I got upset and cancelled my order. Now it's already 10 days I didn't get my refund to my credit card. I live chat with them more than 2 times but no proper response. Very bad service in jollychic I will not purchase any more items with them this is first and last. I got nightmare experience with them
