we were a tough case
we were a tough case. our house settled and the main water pipe coming from the street was l bent and leaking. i hears water running and could not figure out where it was. i finally called Hope plumbing. they are very organized and responsive. their personnel are more polite and seem sharper than most service companies. they fixed the leaking pipe. they would be 5 stars if they could have fixed the tankless water heater on the first try, they got it right the second try ( at no additional charge). great company. use them!
