2 x Samsung phones "like new"
Ordered 2 Samsung S6 "like new" in black in stock. Phones are spot on with no defects but got a call that they had no black in stock so took white as needed them before Christmas. After reciving order ref for the phones I then received another for one phone "used" that I did not order. The money for this had not been taken from my account. Called them immediately and they sorted the issue very quickly with no reprocussions. They cancelled the order for the single phone and emailed me with an order update within the hour confirming only the 2 phones would be delivered and charged for. So, all good in the end. I would order from them again.
