Outstanding support from DJI, even without Care Refresh!
I've had two separate issues with my drones, and DJI’s support exceeded my expectations both times. First, my DJI Neo, which didn't even have Care Refresh, stopped working mid-flight. I sent it in and was amazed to receive a brand-new replacement the very next day after they received it. The second time, my DJI Avata 2 (this time covered by Care Refresh) suffered water damage. Again, the process was smooth and professional, DJI replaced it promptly with no hassle. Great service, quick turnaround, and clear communication. You often hear horror stories with tech support, but DJI really delivers when it counts. Highly recommended!
