Read our Guidelines for Reviewers Ordered trainers for my daughter and repeat ordered two size 9 trainers Nike Court Borough InG00 White/Pink C9 (26.5) Product Code: 021637/31/090, instead of their listed size we received size 9.5 (27.5) in a size 9 box. I spent half a day sorting with non-existent customer service and finally got a free return label. So I tried again and ordered again, and guess what the exactly same happened. I am now left in a position, where I have to spend more time in dealing with this. Learnt my lesson never use this company ever again, and think carefully before ordering when something goes wrong do you want to be faced with this hassle. Staff are abroad in chats and only can email or use chat facility.
