Comments: With the cruise itself I was very satisfied. What should be improved is for people to make it easier to get to and from the boat without being taken advantage off. In 重庆 disembarking was a nightmare, partly due to low river levels and rain and the long distance to buses and taxis. Another more general comment is that I dislike tipping if it is considered to be expected (like the service fee and tipping request at the end of the cruise. I would like staff and guides to be paid a fair wage or pay for their services and that it is included in the cost of the cruise. Advertising this and substantiating this could be a positive marketing opportunity.
