Returned pocket knife due to weak detent
The pocket knife I purchased had a weak detent. Since it was a $300 knife, I felt like I shouldn't have to take it apart and adjust it myself. Not to mention not being able to return it if I scratched or messed up the knife in the process. So, I requested to return it. BHQ promptly authorized a return and a return shipment label. As soon as they received it, they emailed that my refund was being processed. The return experience was as stress free as possible. Awesome!
