Ryobi won’t honor their warranty - HD No Help
Ryobi won’t honor their warranty. HD buys millions of $$$ of Ryobi tools. Why won’t HD provide a level of customer service wherein they assist with getting Ryobi to honor an in force warranty?!

Ryobi Warranty is Worthless
Trying to access a warranty repair with their India help desk is impossible. They do EVERYTHING possible to not honor an in effect warranty. The great one? Take it to our closest repair facility in Santa Ana (I live in San Diego). This would involve a 4 hour round trip on a good traffic day and likely 2 trips. That’s probably $75 in gas. There’s more warranty difficulty, but I think you get the gist. Buy Ryobi but understand you do not have a warranty!
