A mixed bag
Let's be clear, their plugin is solid. Truly good stuff. But, their approach to customer service is appalling. It's hostile and based on blame and their point of view, there's no such thing as customer-first kind of policy here. Anyone can ship solid product. Few can back it up with sufficient real customer service and company structure around it to serve customers.
