Not Really Transparent company. I recently bought a Rotimatic Plus on the basis of their 30 days Money back Guarantee. Their website shows this on Bold letters “No Questions Asked if you Change your Mind in 30 Days”. However if you read in very tiny letter they have written it will be $300 handling charge. So if you are buying this machine and you did not like it. They will hit you with $300.
