Too many invoices
Too many invoices. Should consolidate into one.
The order taking needs to be improve.
The deliveries are always partial instead of full. Example my order 287000 is for 4 pc but only 3 pc delivered. The deliveries were split into so many invoices.

Good system, easy to order on-line and fast delivery. The invoicing could have been better. The date of the invoice is based on time of order not time of delivery. Items still not delivered but the AR statement already showing the invoice. The system does not allow customer to insert a reference like PO No.
