Customer Service Run Around Lasted Two Months
I purchased a calendar two months ago for 2018. It boasted that there would be digital files of the images included. I attempted to redeem and the code included was invalid. Thats ok, these things happen. I reached out to customer service multiple times. Each time I was told something different as to why it wouldn't work and that it would be addressed. It never was and I stopped receiving responses to my correspondences. Ultimately I reached out to them via social media and my issue was corrected within an hour. Too bad that couldn't have happened 2 months ago.
