Outfit not arriving in time for sons wedding
I placed an order for a complete outfit for my sons wedding now in Dec. I order e just over a month ago to give enough time to receive it. On check out I was told it will arrive between 18 Nov 22 - 26 Nov 22. Now I have been told it will only arrive 09 Dec. This was the first time I have purchased from JJs House and was looking forward to wearing the outfit which I now have to purchase a back up at extra cost to myself. The worst is when you try to contact them you get a computerised response. My daughter is also getting married next year July and was going to purchase my complete outfit from JJ’s but after this experience I will definitely not be spending another sent at JJ’s and will be looking elsewhere. Such a shame that I have had this experience and lost complete faith in them as all the reviews on them have been good… just mine wasn’t meant to be
