Ordered a wig and 2 days later they updated my account to say it had been shipped. A week later there will still no tracking information on the order. When contacted they said the wig was out of stock and is awaiting being shipped shortly so they lied. I have cancelled my order as it will not arrive in time.
Very disappointed with the purchase I made this time. First order was fine. This order wig did not match picture as advertised. Hair all different lengths so short hair sticking out all over. Fringe not full and too short. Im in the process of arranging a no quibble return with Ali Grace and they are trying to ask me to fix the wig (which it cannot be fixed) and offering me some money back as compensation. The wig is not fit for purpose and cannot be used. Ali Grace please stop false advertising or ensure you carry out full quality control checks before despatch. I want a full refund asap so I can purchase a wig that can be worn.
