The CEO in the UK should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves for running such an immoral organisation. I ordered a Matebook X Pro on the 8th Dec 2021. Since then I have not received the goods. It has gone way past what would be a reasonable timeframe for delivery under the Consumer Rights Act. I have chased daily for a reasonable solution, a refund or just an explanation of why my money has been effectively stolen, to no avail. I'm at a loss of how to proceed as they clearly don't care for peoples rights, and exercising our rights in the UK doesn't work in reality, particularly when shambolic and Immoral companies like Huawei choose to disregard them.
