Very poor service and ignorant
Being a long term owner of DVDFAB and STREAMFAB purchasing MusicFab was an easy choice, I was so wrong. Fortunately I only purchased the YouTube module. From day one it did not work, within an hour I had raised a ticket, response was very slow, I was provided a new download which did not work, then advised to wait for the next update which took another week and still does not work. Then I was asked for the log files, it took 3 weeks to ask for them, another couple of weeks and nothing back, they had closed the ticket, they did this twice more. Finally they came back and blamed me for the software issue. I have now been asking for a refund for weeks, fortunately in the UK I am protected by chargeback where the credit card company can claim back the payment with proof from me which I am going to provide. DVDFAB and STREAMFAB are fantastic bits of software with superb support, MusicFab don't try it. Poor service, poor software with condescending staff.
