I ordered some tiny things on 4oct2017, on 11oct 2017 they sent me a email that items are dispatched, in their email: "Most packages will be delivered in 2-3 weeks, while some may take up to 4 -6 weeks. While carrier transit time and customs clearance time are beyond our control, please email us if your package is not delivered after 6 weeks so we can contact post office to trace it for you." I sent a mail asking where is my package on 20jan2018. They answered: "Given the fact that the initial contact you made is out of date (over 90 days), the postal authority will not entertain any claims nor accept liability for compensation for this untimely request, and any consequence arises from this shall be borne by the recipient.
