My printer which is relativley new is goosed
My printer which is relativley new, after 150 hours decided to essentially self destruct! I started a normal print, nothing elaborate as usual and as the printer was doing the usual stuff before printing the hot end embedded itself into the print bead and dragged itself across it scratching it up so bad it cant be used any more, but because of that tye whole hot end bent! So i stopped everything and the whole rear rod is loose its completely loose so it read the wrong depth on the z axis! I contacted elegoo support and they were useless! The printer is basically goosed and they are asking me to repair it myself! I send pics and videos and still no offer to replace the hot end or print bed, i did no mods to the printer at all! Its a centauri carbon, have it since december and only 150 hrs on it
