I purchased $141 Australian Dollars - - Human Intervention ???.

I purchased $141 Australian Dollars worth of Motor Parts naturally a Good Price - "Plus Motor Cycle Front Wheel Brake Pads". - Also Good Value, - No Issues with the Products - Brilliant. However there is an Issue with "Poor Communications" with the "Sales Department" as to an Inquiry regards the "Brake Pads" as to the Quantity in the Packaging. Prior to the Order I forwarded an Email Inquiry regards whether the Advertised Price of the Brake Pads was for "One" - or - a "Pair"?? in the Packet for the Price? - - "The Answer to this Inquiry was Ignored" ///. "A Simple Question" to a Product being Advertised - - "Though received No Answer"?? - - - Though I did receive a "Computerized Acknowledgement" of the Initial Inquiry? - - Thank God for the Computer. The Advertising Web Page Reads as if the - "M/C Brake Pads" - were being Sold as a Singular Each? - "Not a Pair" - I required Three Sets? - So I Purchased - Six ? to equal 3 Pairs, to be sure of the Quantity. On arrival of the Order I Discovered with a "Purchase of - Six"? - as Ordered - "I had Six Pairs"?. Not really a Major Issue as I will eventually Use The Pads - - Though in High-in-Sight - - It would be Great If We had a "Little Human Intervention", - What We call the "Human Intelligent Touch" which does "Require a Little Effort to Look" at the Package and "Give an Email Reply" - - I wonder Who is Responsible ??.
