Definitely Needs Improvement.
I ordered a Jotaro Kujo cosplay from them recently in January 2018 because I wanted to give myself time to adjust or return items in case they don't fit. Most of the costume was fine and well made, save for some of the small accessories that just looked plain cheap and scratched up. The size chart is a joke. I've measured myself many times before and my measurements coincided with their "Men's L". When I received the item, it was DEFINITELY NOT a "Men's L". It was AT LEAST XXL. I was SWIMMING in it. I had to send it back and order a Men's M because it was the next step closer and the pants--forget it. If you're a little bit chunky in the middle like I am, then prepare for only part of the costume to fit you (I'll be replacing the pants anyways, but if I couldn't then there'd be a problem). Not to mention for a cosplay making company, they only make costumes for a thinner demographic, whereas a lot of other companies allow for custom sizing (I know only some of their costumes come in larger sizes, not all). They also took their time with giving me a tracking number and gave it to me THE DAY my package arrived (it had been stuck on "shipped" for almost two days). So, if you're going to order from here, be wary and be ready to have to send things back and send some angry calls/emails just in case.
