Worst support ever.
I've ordered the xiaomi A1 more than a month ago with a dispatch displaying a shipping time of 3-5 business days. However, I still have not received the item, the shipping is already taking over a month now. The customer support only offers bad alternatives, no discounts, no compromises and provides me with false information about the shipping date. I've been told atleast twice that my item would ship "within a week" whereas I'm already waiting for 30+ days. After I kept complaining about receiving data about the shipping I received a tracking code which was only signed in and not yet shipped, meaning they kept stalling out trying to fool me. Overall this is the worst support I've ever gotten. I used to buy other devices from Ibuygou, however I will never order anything from Ibuygou again. This is not how you treat a customer.
