I feel like every Christmas I get scammed. I thought these clothes were coming out of England but they were actually coming out of China. I sent their customer service an email that the size is too big and they offered me 30% off to keep it. Sound familiar? I need a smaller size, it is a gift. These companies should not be allowed to sell to the US unless they have warehouses and exchange facilities here! Shirt doesn't even look like the photo. Total crap!!!!
