Husband bought an Aegis max Mod
Husband bought an Aegis max Mod, tank, new coils etc. Spent $170 just to have it completely stop powering up after about 2 1/2 weeks. Took back to store on 31st day after purchase and was told it was 1 day past when they could replace it (after spending nearly 45 min trying to figure out what might be the problem) but no worries the manufacturer warranty lasts for 90 days. Well.....I called the customer support number and got a prerecorded message in what I presumed to be Chinese that promptly disconnected. I then emailed customer support with description pics of mod, box it came in and purchase receipt. No response. I sent another e mail. No response.At this point warranty has expired and still no response. Meanwhile husband bought another one thinking first one must have just been a fluke, only to have it give error code after first 3 puffs. Took it to store and Noone could figure out was wrong with it. Looks nice, but apparently crap product with bogus warranty.
