Great products and support, but exchange handling could be better
They have great products (at least to that what my wife is saying), but in case of natural stones it appearance might differ from the one shown on the website (not in a bad way, just differently - one should prepared to it). You need patience if located in Europe, it could take around 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. The support is great, responsive, very patient and providing usable solutions. The whole process is not well prepared for the exchange of products (i.e. in case of wrong ring size), there are no return labels, it costs time and a significant amount of money. International refund is only possible as gift cards. Fortunately, it works at least and the support does its best.
