Ordered a t-shirt as birthday present…
Ordered a t-shirt as birthday present for my friend and paid for express delivery. 18 days later still no update on tracking information apart from with courier. After 19 days the tracking number changed but parcel still in America when it was now meant to be on the way to Australia. Emailed the company just to hear to wait 10 business days which it had now exceeded and a link given to me to track shipment which never shown any new information. I would never order it recommended from this company. I feel after my complaint email they only then sent my parcel which had at this point been paid for with express delivery over 18 days ago. As I type this message it's still in America and never left the country to be sent to Australia. Poor service and company
