Disastrous
Disastrous! I ordered a Rayneo Pocket that was in stock, and a week later, still no news. I contacted customer service, and the response was, "We don't have any more, but we can refund you." BEWARE of the Rayneo Air 4 Pro: not all promises are kept, numerous bugs, avoid at all costs!
