⭐ 1/5 - FRAUDULENT SUPPLIER - AVOID
I ordered 2 x 13x4 HD Lace Front Wigs (Body Wave 22” and Deep Wave 24”) from Benson-Haiyi Hair Factory for USD $463.46 after being impressed by their promotional videos showing high quality hair. What arrived was completely different. Both wigs had excessive shedding, severe frizz and flyaways throughout, and the deep wave wig arrived completely matted and tangled and unusable. The quality bore absolutely no resemblance to what was advertised. When I raised a complaint, the seller dismissed my concerns saying “the hair is no problem” despite clear photographic evidence. When I escalated to a formal Alibaba dispute, things got worse. The seller accused me of fraud and — most shockingly — submitted another customer’s WhatsApp chat as evidence against me. The chat belonged to a completely different person with a different phone number, different order number, different amount paid and a different shipping address. This is deliberate and calculated fraud. I raised disputes with both Alibaba Trade Assurance and Klarna. Alibaba ultimately could not support my refund without an unboxing video, which most buyers would not think to record. My advice: always record an unboxing video when ordering from this supplier or better yet, do not order from them at all. They are dishonest, their products are substandard, and they will submit fraudulent evidence to avoid accountability. Buyers beware.
