Will not respond to you once get a loan
While getting a loan is quick and response time fast, once you have the loan they will not answer the phone, will not answer emails or texts. Their app is supposed to let you change payment dates to match what you need, but it tells you that you can't until 5 days past your payment. Fine, but that lasts until about 10 days out then it says no because you have an upcoming payment. and god forbid they answer the phone or respond to anything. They will call only for new loans
