I purchased a clothes rail for £95 and it arrived with missing parts, it took numerous emails until the missing nuts and bolts finally arrived after 6 weeks and then after just fell apart after just 2 months!!! Again another massive exchange of emails where they constantly tried to delay and offer 5% refund or 10% voucher etc and they dragged it on intentionally for a further 3 months when they finally said they would refund my payment. They totally lied claiming they had refunded to money and I never did receive it. I finally raised a retail dispute with my bank but they said because 6 months had passed they could not do anything about it!!! Total scammers! Do not trust this company!!!
