I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They completely failed to take responsibility for a stolen package, even though the seller is legally responsible for ensuring that goods are delivered to the buyer. When my order was stolen after delivery to the mailbox, I provided a police report as requested. Despite this, the company refused to issue a refund or send a replacement. As a customer, I should not bear the risk for lost or stolen shipments — that responsibility lies with the seller. Unfortunately, this company does not seem to understand or respect that obligation. I cannot recommend this company and strongly advise others to consider this before making a purchase.
