Poor product and poor service
Bought a bug zapper which worked perfectly for 3-4 months then refused to power up. Wrote a nice email requesting a replacement with all evidence of Amazon purchase. No response so went back to their website and tried to access the exchanges and refunds page. It’s asking me to login therefore I need an Innootech account setting up first to do so. Why would I want an account just to ask for an exchange. So yes poor product and poor service. I would never give them my business again.
