Very Very poor afetrsale care
Not so much a con just very poor ability to respond or resovle issues. We had a corner cabint (order number 744748) on order and were happy to wait and yes it took a few weeks but what do you expect as it is coming from China. The package arrived damaged, apon opening the corner pannels were dmaged and there waere no instruction manuls. I took to online chat, waited a while and got someone on klive chat who answerd with "Hi ,anything we can do for you?" So I relied straight away and added pictures. Two and a half hours later they still did not respond to my continuiois messages. This is supposed to be a 24hr service. I think I will have to ask my card issuer to stop the payment.
