Dishonest and a scam
Booked two rail tickets from KL to Ipoh. Money taken from card and on the same message - ticket failed! So no tickets - huge inconvenience and no refund for 5 weeks so they say! Its a scam and i will be going through my cc to claim the money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
