Monica from Shehds provides a great service!
I am a mobile DJ and decided in the fall to replace my moving heads with new ones from Shehds. I had looked at several different manufacturers, and my network suggested that I look at Shehds products. There were several mobile DJs in my network who had already bought moving heads from Shehds and were happy with them. I got in touch with Monica at Shehds, and have ordered a total of 16 moving heads with flight cases placed over 3 orders. I have received good and professional service from Monica throughout the process. All items that were in stock in the EU were delivered within a week. I ordered a single flight case to be sent from China, and Monica has kept me informed about how far it had reached. A single package was not delivered as agreed when the carrier mistakenly misplaced it. Monica was immediately in dialogue with the carrier, and kept me informed until it was found and subsequently delivered. I am really happy with the service I have received from Monica and would recommend everyone who shops at Shehds to talk to her. I am also happy with my new moving heads :-)
