Never processed
I always order glasses online. This is the first time I've not received my glasses. The website didn't allow me to track them. It didn't show that I placed an order. Had to go back to the payor source to find out that my glasses had not been created nor shipped. I am totally frustrated. I deserve some sort of compensation.
