Avoid at all costs !
I'm embarrassed to tell you this, I bought a awd 2 from amazon was great for around 6 weeks then failed. There help line is a bot, spent over two hours sending them invoices, logs blah blah, nothing ! Then complained to an agent, after tons of messages and waiting weeks finally offered a refund but docked 50 quid as out of the 30 day return policy. No tech support ever returned and solution or even tried to make contact. Now the shameful part, after watching reviews I thought maybe these things happen so went ahead and ordered another one but this time with lidar as its the latest model. Yep sucker punched again it won't initialise the lidar so cannot use brand new out of the box ! Now it's back in the box awaiting return label. Good job we never sold our old petrol model. Shameful service and crap product. Looks like reviews on there site might not be all they seem to be dont get mugged by them.
