Excellent, above & beyond customer service!!
I got in contact with CS from Instagram DM to enquire about Gather bag size and asked for recommendation based on my height and how much stuff I’ll fit into the bag. I had a hard time choosing the small or medium size, and to my surprise, Helena truly understoon my concern. She did not just give insightful recommendation, she’s been very responsive, friendly and relatable! She even made me two videos of 3 ladies (the store keepers) with different heights carrying the bag. I mean, I have never had such an excellent above and beyond CS! I am truly impressed! Thank you so much for your service, Helena :)
