Bought 13 items NOT a single item that is wearable!
Purchased several women clothings & shoes. Their quality is horrible! Material is cheap and looks nothing like the picture! Ankle length coat in picture was an above knee jacket in reality hahaha. What makes the matter worse is that they sent wrong color and size on 2 coats. When I request for refund, (they don’t offer exchange) I was told to ship it back at my own expense to China. I was stupid enough to make 2nd purchase while waiting for the first order and the 2nd order has not even arrived yet and it’s been over a month. I don’t believe beginning of February is a “hot shopping season” to expect delay on shipping. Overall, the worst shopping experience ever. DO NOT believe any good reviews here. Jollychic probably pay these people to write good reviews. Again, out of 13 items and spent $160, not a single product was wearable. Everthing goes to trash! Reading from other reviews that they had returned the product and still hasn’t received the refund, I am just gonna forget it and Never forget this horrible experience. Never ordering from Jollychic or any other Chinese own website!!!!
