Beyond Impressed with product and company
I have had my Gym Monster nearly a year and I love it. I love how compact, easy to use and versatile it is. This is the only piece of equipment you need. But beyond that the company is amazing. I don't know how there are any negative reviews on here when every time I've reached out with questions or suggestions they have been incredibly receptive. Sincerely thanking me for taking the time to message them and they have even implemented suggestions I made promptly. They really do listen and care. And in the time I've had the machine, it has had so many significant updates to the software that I almost feel guilty that I'm getting them for free. Most recently they added heart rate monitor connectivity that works beautifully. There is still a little room for improvement regarding the AI usage and predictive fatigue... but at the rate they constantly improving I have no doubt they'll get to it. I am just so appreciative that they do not require a monthly subscription and still provide such high quality programming.
