I am sorry to state a rather negative review but the company has a a return/refund policy that doesnt work. The items has to be posted back to China at a cost of , at least £ 30.00 euros if in Europe. There is no trasparency around the process on the website and this is unacceptable since i have now an item that I cant not wear as it would cost more by sending it. They have offered me 30% discount for the next purchase but since it took a month for the purchase to arrive, and for principle, I will refuse to shop with them anymore. Its it a t the breach of customers care and they seem to think only of making money.
