When my children use the school…
When my children use the school computers they are not able to go past their name. The screen says "updating student profile". However it never moves beyond this. They have not been able to use Skoolbo so far this year. I had the same trouble last year when trying to add new children to my class. You are not rude. I am just frustrated and disappointed.
