The biggest issues with SEEED are (a) untimely delivery, and (b) poor customer service. They are never on time. Once I ordered PCB's 6-days express service, and there was no update until 22nd day of placing the order--when they emailed that there would be a delay of another 18 more days in the delivery! So, total 40 days instead of 6 days! Now customer service: They are very poor at communication. Their replies often implied that the customer care representative didn't even attempt to understand your grievance.
