Excellent service & delicious product
Excellent service & delicious product, arrived in a timely fashion, well packed ... with each filet fish individually frozen. The minimum order initially scared the daylights out of me, but once it arrived ... and I actually viewed the size of the fish and the overall quantity ... it was not quite as daunting as anticipated. I battered and pan-fried a filet for the first time last night, and it was terrific. For a little extra flavor, I made up a sauce of black garlic and organic mayo.
